The Sheraton Station Square Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is the site of the 2006 Convention. NCEW members are guaranteed a rate of $135.00 a night from September 11-16, 2006.

Cost: $135.00 per night for single and double occupancy. Deadline for reservations: Monday, August 21, 2006.

Hotel cancellation policy: Guaranteed reservations must be cancelled by 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to avoid a no-show charge. There is an early departure fee equivalent to 50% of one night's room and tax should guests depart prior to their individually agreed upon departure date.

OVERFLOW ROOMS AT THE RADISSON GREEN TREE

The Sheraton Station Square is sold out on Wednesday and Thursday nights and the city is booked solid that week. NCEW has booked overflow rooms at the Radisson Green Tree which is located about 10 minutes from the Sheraton on the other side of the Fort Pitt Tunnel. They have free shuttle service to and from the airport and they're offering us a rate of $109.00. However, there is a $5.00 charge for shuttle service to and from the Sheraton. It's offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Call 800-333-3333 to make reservations.

Scattered rooms are available at a few downtown hotels if anyone would prefer to shop around. Here are some options (Rates listed here are averages. You might be able to get something better.):
