Don't Censor Police Reports

A state police board here in Bama wants to delete certain info from crime reports, something being pushed by victims' rights groups. We think it's a bad idea and so we wrote our edit and then redacted it to prove the point. We tried to do the same online. I'll also attach the pdf of the front section. The edit is on Page 8. (Sorry, I don't know how to just send a single page.)
